Remain open minded to all changes that may occurs in your life. What does not kill you, will truly strengthen your mind and you ability.

I'm far from perfect! I prioritize certain areas of my life, and other areas definitely fall short. I Have to get better at keeping in contact with my love ones instead of letting my busy schedule control my time. I have to get better at sticking to my intermittent fasting hours if I want to get the results that I want. The first step to changing a current problem is realizing that you have one. Sunday mornings are a tad bit slower for me, so that is the day that I chose to contact my love one. Making contact at least once a week was a positive change that I was proud to make. Life is too short and living with a life long regret will pain you worse! As far as intermittent fasting, it is still a work in progress. My work hours are unset so sticking to the traditional 16/8 intermittent fasting pattern gets a little trying. The most important thing is that I'M TRYING!!!!
My Promise to you:
You can be open and honest on this blog, without judgement!
