What's Really Important

Lose FEAR &Gain FAITH!

We all fear what we can not control. We are not in control of a lot of this. Which means we are in fear a lot of the time. We have to stop! We have to lose fear and gain faith. Gain faith in our minds that it will all work out. We must let go of the worry that we have. Besides, even while worrying, what is it doing for us anyway. I say it's driving us crazy. Constantly thinking of the things we can not change will place us in fear more

Keep faith that it will all work out. Say positive affirmations. Speak to those around you about what you are going through. Be proactive about losing the fear in your heart and gaining faith that all positive things are possible. Re-evaluate your life. ask yourself, why am I scared? What can you do to better yourself and the situation that your are in? What research can I do to ease this fearful process? All these questions are acts of faithfulness. Having faith is key to achieving any goal.

Better things are sure to come. You must keep faith and speak positive that everything will be ok. Life is too short to live in fear. My life changed when I began to take chances. I use to give fear too much power. Give power to the power sources if anything. Put more power and energy into having more faith and the universe. Having fear is natural, but let it drive you into doing whatever is holding you back. I am having fears of taking a huge step in my life right now as well. I pray about it. I manifest it. I leave it alone. I also worry sometimes. I make sure I keep faith that it will all work out.

I have a personal connection with mental illness awareness and suicide prevention. I know just how important it is to take care of your mental health. I have been in therapy since the age of 10. I've spent the majority of my life trying to maintain a sane mindset. Somedays are good and other days are not so good. But most importantly, I refuse to give up. I won't give up on me
