When is the right time to walk away?

RECOGNIZING A CHANGE IS NEEDED!

We all fall into the regular routine of "everyday life". Ask yourself "does my life fulfill me?" "when was the last time I did something that makes me happy?" We all go through this. We don't want to complicate things. We don't want to change things. Change could be needed desperately but we choose to continue to deal with whatever life offers at that time. Change must occur but it starts with you!


CHOOSING WHAT'S BEST FOR YOU.. ABOVE ALL ELSE!

When something or someone in your life is no longer supplying you with the happiness that you need....Its times to remove them. We should not allow anyone to disturb our happiness. Platonic friendships and romantic relationships are the same to me. It's your choice on who you surround your self with. Choose wisely, because ONLY YOU will deal with the after effects and emotions. If you ever doubt your choice just think, is this person putting me before themselves? If you feel the answer is "NO", then you know that you have a serious decision to make as far as that persons role in your life.




THE ADJUSTMENT PROCESS

It won't be easy after making such huge adjustment, but it will be worth it. Choosing you will be the best thing that you could ever do. People around you will learn to adjust. Your confidence will shine bright. Your voice will get a little louder. Your skin will get a little tougher. You will become stronger. This will take time, but the results are worth the painful process that you will endure getting their. There will be tears. There will be doubt. There will be days that you don't want to continue. When these thought cross your mind... simply remember why you started. Your kids and depending on you. your mental health is depending on you. You got this!

  I have a personal connection with mental illness awareness and suicide prevention. I know just how important it is to take care of your mental health. I have been in therapy since the age of 10. I've spent the majority of my life trying to maintain a sane mindset. Somedays are good and other days are not so good. But most importantly, I refuse to give up. I won't give up on me
